Great hotel if changing flights at KUL. Very close to T1 and with easy access to KLIA express for trip to T3 or quick jaunt into the city. Free buggy transfer from Level 2 of T1 to the hotel is a fun bonus, but the walk, in a covered walkway, is really just a few minutes. The hotel has a small convenience store near reception for any snacks or last minute needs. Staff are very friendly, rooms are a good size.,, and friendly, helpful and smiling buggy drivers have F1 aspirations…....

Tidy hotel with spacious rooms located at the IOI City mall. A great place to stay if you're stopping over in KL for a couple of days and don't want to go into KL Sentral, as the IOI mall can keep you buys for days. Absolutely amazing.

The staff were very helpful, and when realising our flight was at midnight, we extended our stay for an extra day and the process was so easy (just a call to reception). the flights and early online check made the process a whole lot easier

Excellent hotel for solo travellers. Very good location, next to a big shopping mall. Situated centrally in Kelana Jaya and getting a cab is very easy.

Loved everything about this relarively new property. The bedroom design and layout are outstanding, featured a sleek, modern decor and pleasant furnishings that instantly make you feel relaxed. Breakfast was another highlight, offering an impressive variety of different choices every morning. Location great, easy walk to Jalon Alor, staff pleasant, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel!

We stayed at the Kimpton in late July 2026. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the stay extra special. Our deluxe room was spacious and well-appointed, with an opulent bathroom, a great rain shower, and quality products.  The pool and gym area were quiet during our stay. The pool was nice and relaxing, and the gym was a great space to work out.  The hotel is well placed to TRX and nearby businesses, but we did find it wasn’t close to any main attractions and required a Grab...

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in and highly recommended. We stayed in a Grand suite. The room was fantastic with amazing views over the Twin Towers. The Club Lounge was one of the best we’ve enjoyed, with great attentive service without being pretentious. I didn't fly out until late in the evening. The hotel was very accommodating.

The location of this property could not have been better for dining options, shopping, and transport. All staff were always cheerful and helpful. My bed was incredibly comfortable. I hope to return.
