"We had booked two nights with MO Club access to break the journey back to London after a nature tour of Borneo. Unfortunately, my wife had picked up an E. coli infection in Borneo. On arrival at the hotel the Concierge staff immediately helped us to an excellent local hospital where she had to be admitted for several days, but recovered well. The MO Club team were wonderful and extended our booking and did everything possible to make it easy. We could not thank them enough. In the end the two night stay stretched into more than a week and we were grateful to the MO for making a horrible experience much easier than it might have been. We had stayed there on the outbound leg and once again found it comfortable, with superb facilities, the MO Club was a huge bonus in the circumstances and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn’t be more thankful. "

"I am very happy to stay JW Marriott Kulalumpur. Last 2 time I was stayed at Westin kula lumpur but their service was not up to the mark. Then one of my friend suggest me to stay here. Their service is very remarkable. Specially a Bangladeshi employee ( Md Sohel) is working in room service, his service is very prompt and very helpful also reliable. "It was a nice, large two bedroom apartment with beautiful views. We are a family of five, so it was a very comfortable stay. We did have some slight complications at check-in, but take partial responsibility since we did not email the host 24 hours prior to our stay. The staff at the building were ultimately able to pinpoint our host & help us with check-in which we were super thankful for since we arrived in the wee hours of the morning. The apartment is attached to a large mall, which has everything that you would ever need. Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency while in Kuala Lumpur, but luckily there was an emergency room steps from the apartment that gave me excellent care. We did experience trouble with the AC in the master bedroom & with the television, but the host did fix both issues in time. He also did allow us to stay beyond our checkout time, but for a fee. There was a lovely, large pool and exercise room & a huge observation deck on the roof. "
