"We booked this hotel managed by a different company and it was canceled due to overbooking. The staff of this management company was the one the hotel called and came down to meet us. So we rebooked the hotel by this management company and the decision brought us a luck. We do recommend to book this hotel by ARMAN,this management company. After we booked, they took care of us great: They took us the different hotel as the room wasn't ready. They told us the hotel they took us was better and...

"It has a great to LRT and the megamall next to it. The unit is really clean and is great for staying a few days"

"The room had a very great view, the staff that met us at the lobby was very nice and helpful as well as accommodating. The only reason I put 3 stars is because the bathroom smell was just terrible. Smelled like urine and I am not sure if it’s just the piping or what. But this is not the first time we stayed in Berjaya Times. I hope they will fix it for future stays."
