"Overall quite impressed with our stay! My son and I went for an overnight trip to the falls, really went to utilize the pool which was great. Walking distance to the falls which is super convenient, parking available, room was clean and staff were friendly. All in all a great option when visiting! "

"Did our yearly trip to a hotel and choose here for a first. Room was fantastic, LOTS of space. Went with two adults and 5 kids from 6m-10 years. There was a variety of activities for kids! Pool, hottubs, play structure and activities area were a HUGE hit. Resturant and Bar on sight was a bonus. Staff can be a bit more friendly, but was helpful when needed. Will likely be on our list for future visits! "

However, they moved my reservation to another hotel, same type of room with the same view I reserved. For this reason I gave them 5 stars. I feel that was amazing customer service. "
