"This house was perfect for us. It seemed like every little detail that could make the trip better had already been thought of. The fireplace was beautiful, the game room was fun, and the home was comfortable. The nearby ski resort in Otswego wasn’t open, and the kids didn’t even mind. There was plenty of room for those in our group to be in different areas of the home. A+"

"Shower upstairs has sticky door. Wouldn't open from inside without some extra efforts. Also, the shower needs railing for older folks. Could be dangerous. One of the guys said they "slipped" and didn't have anything to grab. Luckily, they got their balance and stayed up... overall though an amazing property."

"Our bridal party was coming from different cities and at different times/days. Our house was just as described, clean, cute and plenty of room to spread out to do hair/makeup. The kitchen was full stocked with everything you could need. I was able to make a great breakfast for the girls. Our host was wonderful and communication was great! I would stay there again when in Battle Creek!"

"We had alot of bree ze for the 4 days. Tough to have a campfire. We fished alot. Took my boat for rides and fishing. Fished alot off the dock. My wife and i are retired. We brought 6 grand kids . I taught them fishing and kayaking. Swimming too. Everyone had a good time. There was room for everyone."

"This is my second time at the property. It’s just as incredible the second time as it was the first time. I hosted our staff retreat there. 11 of us ladies fit very comfortably as it is so spacious. We had a wellness retreat. The pool and hot tub, amazing grounds and incredible house made for the perfect setting. I highly recommend and the hosts are always excellent and accommodating!!! Don’t think twice, book it!"

"The home is nicely furnished and comfortable. It as super close to our wedding events. Suggestions to stock some generic shampoo, add nite light to bathroom with no windows and supply a small starter amount of basic coffee maybe Folgers would be appreciated. The clock in living room is an hour off which confused us a couple times. There are leaves and trash that greet you at the front door need to be cleaned up before guests arrive. We paid a hefty cleaning fee and were asked to strip beds....

"We stayed here for a marathon so I asked if we could check out late. That wasn't a problem at all, and early check-in was even offered. We had everything we needed during the stay (except coffee. There was a coffee machine and filters, but we didn't see any coffee and had to get up at 5 am so we didn't have time to fuss with it). I especially loved all the toiletries in the shower. Kitchen also appeared stocked, though we didn't really need to use anything. It was a very short drive downtown;...

"We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch, paddling around the lakes, watching wildlife, cooking, and playing ping pong. Would recommend. Just a note (which was also noted in the listing so it wasn’t a surprise) but even in early season we found a number of ticks so just be careful and check yourself. We still had a wonderful time and everyone commented on how great the house was."
