It is our policy that no smoking in the apartment (balcony accepted), and a respectful amount of noise after 11pm due to surrounding neighbours.

Why worry about bringing your own sheets, blankets and towels. Most other properties in the area do not supply these items which can be a hassle to bring on your trip.
