Very well priced, perfect for the family as there’s a great park and beach across the road, cafes , pizza, fish n chips and IGA 100 metres away , and best of all it’s close and far enough from Batemans bay centre.

The property is older but clean and well-maintained, comfortable bed and bedding, great water pressure, and fast WIFI. Staff was attentive and friendly. Located across the street from a park and harbor, it was beautiful and quiet, with a quick drive to restaurants and shopping. Great spot to layover on the long coast drive from Melbourne.

The staff and management at this property were amazing for our family of 4. We were stuck in Batemans Bay due to our car breaking down and the team at Araluen helped us with accomodation, transportation logistics and above general holiday accomodation services whilst we were in a crisis situation. We would have been happy with any accomodation, but the rooms were spacious, linen was fresh and free from storage odour, the bathroom was spot free and there was ample seating between the two rooms of the apartment. Exceptional service and staff highly recommend this holiday accomodation at incredibly affordable pricing!

My stay at the Araluen was much better than expected. It was very clean, everything was in good order and as a woman staying alone i felt safe. I heard no noise, even from the fair right across the road. The pool was lovely and had some privacy, not over looking the road as many do these days. Very good experience overall. Thank you Araluen.

Great Pool, Super Comfortable bed, Immaculately Clean, Newly furbished and fitted. However Hot Water is very sow to heat and only heats to mild or luke warm by my rating. Staff did indicate Spa in my room was not functional, and I agreed, so not a complaint. Lots of car parks, safely lit at night. lock switch and deadlatch. all good, except fan in bathroom and spa on same circuit as light, frustrating, but, insistent on fan function. 4/5. Vale for Money 3.5/5. Mid-Market. Does have in house Dining, which was Functional, caretaker happy to chat and assist. So Good. :)
