"My stay at the Sonesta Hotel Cartagena was absolutely incredible from beginning to end! The hotel exceeded every expectation and made my trip to Cartagena even more memorable. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Every interaction was met with a smile, and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. The property itself is stunning, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle while still being conveniently located. One of my favorite parts of my stay was the breakfast. There was an amazing variety of fresh, delicious options each morning, and everything was beautifully presented. The pool area was also fantastic—a perfect place to unwind with breathtaking views and a relaxing vibe. What truly set this hotel apart was the hospitality. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, valued, and well taken care of the entire time. The team made me feel like more than just a guest—they made me feel at home."
