"This was a great place to escape the heat and get a shower. Basic but had what we needed and easy to get to the Whitney portal and Alabama hills."

"The property was up to par with expectations. I knew we were going into a tipi lodging which meant no sealed floors, no insulation, minimal comfort no restroom within the lodging itself. That being said, everything was great when working. The place can definitely get more loving from the owners/management, and the food when available from the cafe is pretty decent. It's not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Call ahead to see if the pool is ready before you book. When we went, none of the staff knew if the pool was ready for use."
