This apartment is located in the best area of "La Rambla", the most famous and cosmopolitan boulevard in Barcelona. It is just a few meters from Plaza Cataluña and the most emblematic places in the city.
Nearby you will find the Boqueria Market, the Gran Teatro del Liceu, as well as the Gothic Quarter. Located in the heart of the old town, you can walk through the medieval-looking streets until you reach the port and be amazed by the exclusive boats you will see there. After the port, you will find the Barceloneta neighborhood. In this area there are many great seafood restaurants, tapas bars and, of course, Barcelona beach! Don't forget to enjoy a cocktail on one of the many exclusive terraces along the boulevard.
If you go in the other direction out of the apartment building, you will find Passeig de Gràcia, Rambla de Catalunya and the Eixample district with a variety of exclusive shops, and two of the world's most famous buildings by the famous architect Antoni Gaudí: Casa Batlló and Casa Milà, also known as La Pedrera.

Transport:
We highly recommend getting around on foot and using public transport, as the center is not the best place to park a car. However, if you rent a motorbike, you will manage just fine!

Barcelona Airport: Barcelona Airport is 16 kilometers away, about 20-25 minutes from the apartment. Use the AeroBus for convenience.

* Airbnb reservations:
- Utility fees are paid separately (via our App), 6€ per day for up to 2 people.
- Damage deposit does not apply.
* Towels:
- Beach towels are not provided.
- Any extra set (towels or sheets) is 15€.
- The cleaning fee is for the final cleaning at the end of your stay.
Utility fees cost €6 per day for 1 or 2 guests, with an additional €2 per day for each extra guest. These fees are not included in the price (for Airbnb reservations).
A damage deposit of €600 (via our App) must be paid upon arrival. This does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb.
If the request or reservation does not match the property's calendar, the property may have to cancel your reservation or relocate you. For this reason, we kindly ask you to reconfirm availability before booking.
Extra guests joining the reservation after the check-in date will incur an additional charge of €18 per day (plus utility fees).
