I like the location of the hotel. Quiet neighbourhood, convenient to different buses and subway. Hotel gave me free fan and free water, which was very nice.

Lovely people at the check in desk. Nice location with a cafe and supermarket close by. Bit far from metro stop but not that far. Air conditioning in room was great. Had a mini fridge and tv in the room as well which was lovely. Toilet was clean. Beds were clean and nice. Laundromat close by. Would stay again.

What a lovely place! I arrived late on a rainy Saturday night, laden with my heavy bags, and I immediately felt welcomed by the staff and taken care of. The hotel is outside the city center, so it's very quiet at night, but in a safe, walkable neighborhood with good public transport options nearby if necessary. There are ample restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the rooms are quite comfy. Plus, you are welcome to leave your bags there after checkout, which can be really helpful if you want to walk around a little before you leave. Just a great place. I hope to be back again soon!

This is a very basic hotel... Don't expect much... But clean, quiet, hot/cold showers, a firm nice bed, an okay value breakfast buffet, friendly staff I used it to sleep. A step up from a dorm... And they don't pretend to be something they are not...

Just perfect for living with kids. Simple, but clean, good bedding, perfect strong shower, very friendly staff. Near hotel you can find law wash for laundering your clothes, supermarket with fresh orange juce, metro 5-7 min from the hotel, perfect coffee, very safe area, also a lot of modern shops. And quiet!!!! We live in family room with balcony. And not very expensive. Just thank you for our week there.

Unhelpful staff with taxi booking.

Stayed one night. Room simple but clean, location very peaceful. Check-in was very nice, and they helped me book a taxi for the next morning (early flight). Unfortunately, there was no taxi. I understand that this was perhaps not the hotel staff’s fault. What made upset was that they tried to call a new one, then said it will not come, but I can walk to the nearby taxi station, and if there are no cars I can walk 500m to the Diagonal to try and hail a taxi there. I called my friend, whose hotel managed to get him a taxi in ONE MINUTE.

Good location. OK stay

Pros: Great location with good public transport options. Good room size. Cons: With the self vending coffee machine not working, the only option was to walk 600-700 meters to the nearest coffee shop. Air conditioning only increased the temperature of the room climbing all the way up to 28 deg C when left on during the night. This was despite having set the temperature personally to 21 deg C. Made the room suffocating and hot. Hotel reception said the aircon only warmed at this time of year. Didn’t switch on the air conditioning after that but this made the bathroom smelly as there was no other ventilation for the bathroom.
