Beautiful Bilbai
Posted 28 Aug. 2019 on HotelsLovely hotel with very helpful staff most of whom spoke French, Spanish and English. The family room was comfortable and spacious with a sofa bed suitable for a child. The bathroom was large with both a bath and separate shower. It is located a few kilometres from Bilbao but excellent transport links straight into the town and many large shops within walking distance. The breakfast was buffet style and had a huge variety of cooked and continental foods with gluten free options and alternative milk too. The restaurant in the evening was also excellent and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay again.

This place is a little bit out of the way (if visiting Bilbao) but is only a 15 minute metro to the centre. The staff were lovely, the food delicious and the room big and well equiped. The pool sounds as though it could do with repair as the sound of a bubbling drain was not the nicest to listen to all day, however this is a lovely hotel.

The shower in our room was leaking through the wall and caused a damp patch in the carpet.

Good overall, pity the room key didn’t work twice. However well handled by the reception people.
