"really enjoyed the room and the staff. They took excellent care during our stay. The room was perfect for my father and I. I wish there were more breakfast options like fresh fruit, yogurts, juices, other protein options. "

"Staff were helpful and professional. I choose to stay in this hotel aside from the service, I can also have my laundry washed and dried. I have stayed here every time I visit HK. "

"THIS IS THE NICEST HOTEL IN HONG KONG. 🇭🇰 STILL PRACTICALLY BRAND NEW. DEFINITELY A 5 STAR HOTEL WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT FOOD, LOTS OF SHOPPING, PERFECT LOCATION, AND LOTS TO DO."
"We had the best experience at this hotel. The customer service was out of this world. We arrived in Hong Kong at 6am from an overnight flight, we knew the room was not ready but they allowed us to use the facilities to shower and freshen up. There was a slight delay with our room being ready, they more than made up for the inconvenience. Take advantage of The Mandarin Club they offer. Breakfast and Afternoon Tea is amazing. Very friendly and attentive staff. "
