The rooms are clean, but the beds needs to be upgraded. The mattresses are old already. The bathroom needs to be improved. Toilet seat of my bathroom was so close to the wall, that I have to sit sideways to fit. The water from the shower was weak. Food at the coffee shop is over priced. they charge 200 Baht for buffet breakfast, when you can walk less than a block away to Period hotel and get a decent meal for less than that.

The rooms need to be upgraded. The beds are already old, the toilet seat of my room was so close to the wall, I have to sit sideways. The water from the shower was weak. Food served at their coffee shop needs to be improved. it's over priced too 200 baht, when you can walk down the corner to the coffee shop of PERIOD HOTEL and you can get a decent meal 50% less than that. The bedsheets and covers were clean but tattered. Bath towels had holes in them. The air conditioner badly needs servicing .. it was so noisy it was like a drums playing in the room. However the room is clean and the staff are helpful.

Although the staff were excellent, I regret that the entire two nights I stayed, there was no internet in any rooms. That was the most inconvenient problem. The room had a refrigerator, but no kettle for tea and coffee. The condition of the room was clean, spacious but quite dated. The shower curtain could do with a clean.

- room furnitures badly maintained - aircond remote is broken - TV remote is broken - water heater not working - bed stand is not steadily strong - glass door is unable to close shut To summarize don't waste your money coming here

they do not know how to identify regular customers. and front desk staff is very rude. rooms are v bad. flush tank not working properly. will never ever stay here again. the worst place to stay. didnt provide face towels.

Worth it for the price paid, but would be better if receptionist is more approachable. Location of hotel is not very accessible. But there was a night market nearby, and 1 family mart, 1 7-eleven within 3 minutes walk.

I come check in 3 times before in this hotel But now it’s gonna little expensive price then before And in room wifi can’t work And staff is rude at reception Specially in night And yes room is spacious and clean and it’s nice place to stay but yes wifi can’t work. I always request for smoking room and double bed but they always give me smoking room but twin bed So if u send them any request from any site the hotel management can’t read or don’t want to listen ur request They do what they want So anyway it’s nice place for shot trip and location is nice

The first night we slept was too noisy, there were a group of people opposite the ground floor making too much noises. Then around 4am there came the rooster crowing which my friends really mind. Somehow, the second night, the group of people opposite did create noises for a while and disappear, seems like the hotel staff did tell them off.

Lift is out of order furing my stayed
Me my sister and sister's friend 3 person staying this hotel for 1 week. We started at 6th Floor. We came to for medical during we stay at this hotel the lift is out of order. Sister leg has problems Because of that we came to bkk for medical it's very hard and very difficulties Lift is is out of order 7 days.

hotel doesn't look like it does in the picture. BUT the hotel is very nice! had a great big room. was very quiet. shower was nice. didn't eat the free breakfast unfortunately. arrange tours from town.
