"A quiet location right on the beach. The bungalow was spacious and just what we needed for our family of four. The kitchen had a microwave and stove so could boil water/cook. We hired a car so we could get around the Island and loved returning to our peaceful location. "
"When we arrived to the island, we took a taxi to the GPS location according to Hotels.com map. The pin was innaccurate, and 6 of us were stranded on another part of the island, 45 minutes away. Only due to a nice local Thai man, did we get a new taxi and find the villa. The villa in the photo shows a beach - we had no beach. In fact, we had the view of a stockade fence and there was NO beach access to be had. The other side of the fence was a dirty old boat pier - no swimming, nothing like the...

"Nice tucked away hotel with an open airy layout. The pool and dining area are in the beach. Spa offerings were great and at a good price. Food was pretty good, drink selection was great and varied. Can pretty much get any juice you want. It is a nice quiet get away good for couples
Unfortunately, our outdoor jacuzzi jets would not turn on. It was part of the reason I booked this particular room. Also our room phone did not work

"This guy is a nightmare. The property is NOT as described at all, not even the amount of beds/ bedrooms! H wouldn’t even bring us linen and a pillow for the mattress on the floor because there wasn’t enough beds (even though it’s clearly described on this booking website). The driveway is so steep that cars cannot go up -meaning it’s completely inappropriate for elderly/ pushchairs/ infirm/ van drivers/ food shopping. The driveway hasn’t been cleaned in so long that as soon as it rains the whole slope turns into sludge. When 2 of our group hurt themselves badly the owner blamed us. The slide is so old that it’s coming apart- every person that went down had blood coming from grazes on their backs/ legs/ arms from screws and fibreglass coming apart. On the 1st morning of our stay the kitchen sink overflowed- the owner said that we would need to pay for emergency plumbing. We spent the morning cleaning out his pipes ourselves. The electricity charge at the end was horrific 20,000 baht. He refused to give us our cash bond back, and created charges that we had already paid. (Extra person etc) Onr of the worst holiday homes I have stayed in throughout Thailand. Extremely disappointed. "
