We had a fantastic stay at the Tor Na Coille Beautifully decorated, very peaceful,spacious rooms We didn’t eat in the evening,unfortunately one us was not very well,however witnessing how busy the restaurant in the evening was told its own story. We did have breakfast which was very tasty and well presented by two very cheery and attending members of staff. Check in was completed in less than two minutes We will stay here again

Dinner was v good. Perhaps too many add Ons at extra cost. Room comfortable. The outdated furniture needs renewing. As it did when we last visited 35 years ago!

Character but needs some love and attention
Great character, needs some love and attention. Loads of cobwebs in room and en-suite. Nice bed linen. Staff were lovely.

A historical victorian hotel. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful. In some of the rooms are beautiful antique furniture. If you like visiting castles, there are many near. History everywhere.

We will return to this excellent hotel.
We were in room four which was huge. Double shower,double sinks in the bathroom, a dressing area and a separate bedroom with sofa chair desk and coffee table. WiFi was good and Freeview TV included. Breakfast was a combination of continental and cooked. Restaurant menu featured some excellent dishes and fish in the various forms offered was a highlight (3 dishes per night) Sweets were delicious and every hot meal served on a hot plate. Nothing too much for staff who were friendly attentive and knowledgeable.

Our room was very spacious and we especially appreciated the fan since the weather was so hot. Everything was very clean and dinner was excellent as was breakfast next morning. Our king bed was quite comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay, in part due to the friendly staff. It was a pleasure and we would recommend Tor Ana Coille to other travelers.

Weekend break
Hotel and staff very good. Hotel is looking dated in places and needs freshened up but staff were friendly and restaurant (both breakfast and dinner) was excellent. Enjoyed our weekend stay and would be happy to return

Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast.
Really nice hotel. Could probably do with a refurb soon but everthing is repaired and working and looks good. The service at the bar/restaurant was really good. The cooked breakfast was really well cooked with the best poached eggs I've ever had.

Perfect hotel

We always stay at Tor Na Coille if we are in the area as it is a well-run traditional hotel with friendly staff. The food is exceptional.

Luxurious hotel with a bed and breakfast feel. The restaurant is quite lovely and the food is top notch. The staff are friendly and helpful. I’d love to stay here again!
