"Very good central location close to clubs & shops. Large room with comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Bathroom in need of a deeper clean, some minor tile repairs and a soap dish in the shower but good hot water and water pressure and generally acceptable overall. Bathroom sink needs a note warning that the hot water gets very hot very quickly in case of a child using it and possibly getting burnt. Overall we had a nice comfortable stay."

"The property was clean throughout and comfortable place to stay. Great kitchen for long stays although a bit light on for plates and cutlery on 3 dinner plates! Walk in shower and hot water was awesome shower head fitted with a LED temp sensor in which was a great idea have not seen this before in accommodation anywhere Handy washing machine and dryer if needed Bed was comfy not 5* or like home but you get that linen was clean towels were soft Large tv in lounge dining area plus little out door area with chairs and table 3 under cover park but plenty in open Very quiet place easy access Would stay here again"

"Nice rural setting with plenty of space for gathering - multi generation celebration or friends holiday. Enclosed courtyard for dog. Front gate could be closed for larger dog roaming area. Plenty of horses about and lovely native plantings in garden. Loved the perfume of freesias when you arrive. Not far from ‘town’ with access to all the expect CBD activities. Don’t miss SAM (Shepparton Art Museum)!"

"Had a lovely stay. Attentive hosts. Comfortable bed. Arrived after dark to lovely warm abode. We stayed 4 nights and prepared quite a few meals. Well stocked kitchen utensils, pans, cutlery and plates etc. meant that was easy. Found everything we needed.Fire pit looked very inviting, but was focussed on finishing a craft project for a party so didn't get tp enjoy it.No wifi, but mobile coverage ok. Enjoyed low tech stay. Stairs were a little challenging. Overall very comfy. Would stay again."
