Thank you for your feedback Suzanne. It is a shame we didn't know about the hot water during your stay, as there is a switch for the solar booster. This has since been rectified with further instructions if it is accidentally turned off. We have taken your feedback on the quality of towels and have changed suppliers of the linen.
