right on a creek walking/bike track but only 8 mins drive to city and 5mins to sovign hill 2mins to wild life park 10mins to bird world. krylecastle 14 mins. bus out front all restauant meals delivered in 20mins if wont.4 bedrooms/office 2 bathrooms 3 lounges. so pleant of room. off street parking.2x bbques.2x outdoor settings , potted plants. pathed area all.love looking out to creek threw all glass windows.
