The two hotels were very close, and I was a little skeptical since it is located right in the heart of the city. To my surprise, the hotel was super Quiet and it had a great view with lots of nature around. It is the best of both worlds, right in the middle of town with lots of choices to eat and shop, and it feels very secluded in the middle of the rainforest.

"The Hava Ubud is a special place to stay, not just for its beautiful surroundings, feeling of calmness throughout, but the staff. Everyone from the cleaners, waiting/restaurant staff, chefs, through to management were so lovely and welcoming, this made our stay feel that extra special.
Rooms were always spotless, eating at the restaurants were fun, learnt loads about the local culture and venturing out on the recommended tours were a highlight of our stay.

I wasn't able to book a massage for the day we arrived so recommend booking as early as possible. Besides, the location is great so there are tons of spas, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. Staff is friendly, breakfast options were good, and bed was very comfortable. A/C in room and nice shower and bath tub. Recommend!"
