"This was our favorite house we’ve stayed in at Bald Head. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, beds were comfy, the living space was very nice, and it was very walkable to the beach. We hope to stay here every year!"

"Our family had a wonderful October stay! The cottage was absolutely beautiful and Melanie was a wonderful host! We were so impressed with the space, comfortable & beautiful rooms, the nature surrounding the cottage and all the great touches that made us feel welcome and at home! We also really enjoyed the convenience of being able to use the 2 golf carts! We loved hopping in a golf cart and driving to all the different beach accesses, restaurants, the lighthouse, market, BHI club, marina and just exploring the island! We loved seeing all the deer and beautiful birds too! We did not want to leave and looking forward to returning! "

"Property was as described and hosts were very responsive. There were no issues and little need to contact the hosts. We would stay again, great location close to BHI club and several beach accesses. Golf carts were in great shape, some members of our family stayed elsewhere, and their carts had issues and hosts were reluctant to have them repaired. Having 2 carts was a plus for us (one 6 seater and one 4)."

"Great oceanfront property on the quiet end of Caswell beach. Lots of room to spread out and amazing covered porches. Pool and hot tub were great and the included golf cart was a nice addition for evening rides for ice cream. Would definitely rent again."

"Awesome 1week stay at “Life on the Sea”!! A perfect fit for our family of 12 (grandparents, parents & kids) All was spotless and kitchen was well appointed (excellent appliances) to make cooking for our group very easy. Appreciated the beach chairs, beach carts & boogie board. (Even a life jacket for the youngest!). Would definitely stay there again!!! "
