"Lovely place. We got a basic room, and it was just fine. The windows and balcony gave it a bright airy feeling. The riverfront had a fine place to sit and watch boats, we saw dolfins, and the birds were singing. The room itself had a full sized fridge and a tidy food prep area, the bathroom was well-designed and very clean. All in all, we wish we had stayed longer!"

"So many postiives to write here. 1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice. 2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home. There is a happy hour with draft beer every day! 3- The room is perfectly spacious, immaculately clean 4- Whatever you need, the host will provide. I wouldnt recommend this place for families, but for couples its perfect. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at this home with our adult kids. One of our favorite features was that every bedroom had its own bathroom such a game changer for a big family. The open-concept kitchen and living area were spacious and perfect for being together, and the porch overlooking the ocean had the most stunning sunset views each evening. We also loved the outdoor setup, especially the large table where we could all sit together, and having three golf carts made getting around easy and fun. The downstairs space, with the swing, brought back such sweet childhood memories and made the whole experience feel even more special. Most of all, we’re so grateful for the memories our family made here. It was a truly special time together, and we would absolutely stay again."

"CondoWe couldn’t have asked for a better getaway in this wonderfully appointed condominium. Everything was just perfect, lovely touches like a variety of coffees and beach towels to use made this such an enjoyable vacation! Private and sheltered, this condo made for a relaxing week. The golf cart was in great condition and the cart cover was ideal for enjoying blustery days on beautiful Bald Head! Deanne was responsive and friendly, we couldn’t have asked for a better host. We look forward to our next visit!!"

"There were 4 of us for 4 days. The weather didn’t cooperate as expected, however the island did not disappoint. The golf carts were great for exploring the island. Lots of walking & hiking was done instead of beach time. Your home had all necessities, was bright & cheery & excellent contact with host. All questions answered in timely manner. We were appreciative of the cart for check out as well. Definitely a place for a repeat! Thank you Edie & Katie! "

Enjoyed having 31/2 bathrooms and the beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable. Having two golf carts made getting around easy and we could also split up and go to different destinations. "
