"This is a really nice independent hotel with a lot of charm. The location is great and the views are wonderful. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. We have stayed twice and will try and stay here every time we visit. If they had a food option on site, this would be amazing, but the town is a short golf cart ride away. Highly recommend for any stay in Southport. "

"Beautiful view, great location, clean condo, and wonderful communication from hosts. Tons of beach gear, games, DVDs, and books provided. Large comfortable sectional for relaxing. The deck is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, and watching dolphins. Walk-in shower, washer and dryer, clean pool with lots of seating, and linens are wonderful additions. Great local restaurants. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this property."

"Our group was mostly in our 70s. We didn't realize that the kitchen/dining was on the 2nd floor. Not convenient for carrying groceries. One bedroom was listed as 2 full or queen beds but didnt mention that 1 of the beds was a trundle only a foot off the floor. Tv room is small only big enough for 3 to 4 people. The house lock was at the back door with a swing blocking the porch entrance. All in all the house is really cute but I would suggest it for younger guests."

"A great location to walk to most places in town. It was a lovely cottage in the back of the owner’s property with lots of privacy. I felt at home and she left a lovely welcome gift in the frig with wine and cheese snack from a local shop. I will definitely be back."

"This is the 4th time we’ve stayed at this condo, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The marina was especially busy which was fun to watch. Can’t think of anything to say that I haven’t said in the past, but the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common area are always clean and well-stocked. The elevator is especially nice, as is the sitting area beside the entry. I spent many hours reading on that side as the water front side is usually somewhat windy. Thanks again, Butch. We’re already looking forward to our next visit."
