"The home was very clean, comfortable, and in a very good location. I loved the enclosed fence for our two dogs. Food Lion was up the street and restaurants were very close by. The mexican restaurant nearby was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay."

"This was an excellent stay in every way. Location right across the street from the ocean; covered front porch facing the ocean with rockers that you can enjoy even if you get rain; back screened-in, covered porch; 4 bedrooms of equal size-all with adult beds which is perfect for a girlfriends getaway OR 4 couples...no fighting over who gets the bunk room; beach chairs and wagons, washer/dryer; fully useable kitchen with brewer and keurig; close proximity to Fort Caswell and Southport; clean and fresh smell upon entering the home; hosts were extremely responsive to questions in a timely manner - we couldn't have asked for more! "

"This is our second time staying at this house. We really enjoy having all the space it provides. The ocean view is wonderful. We saw many dolphins during our stay and also enjoyed seeing turtles hatch just a few yards down the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable. We also liked that we could walk to the restaurant across the street for dinner or a few drinks. We hope to stay here again in the future."

"You want for nothing in this house. Everything was there that you could possibly need. The area is so beautiful and the beach was perfect."

"A bit of a rough start...Arrived and the house was very musty. Had to open the windows to let in fresh air along with 95 degree heat. The hot tub was very dirty. Immediately called maintenance, and they did arrive, but it was the next morning. They cleaned the tub and asked us not to use if for another 6 hours...Not a lot of cooking ware available, and what was there, was in sad shape. Short on dish cloths and towels, silverware insuffeicient for 38 visitors.Upstairs outside sink was clogged upon arrival. Most of the bathrooms had no trash cans. The head of the company did call the 2nd or 3rd day and checked on us. All in, we feel that more care should have been taken to ensure that the house was ready upon our arrival. A quick walk-through would have prevented us from having an early bad experience and impression. Overall, the house needs quite a bit of upgrades, or just routine maintenance. Chipped paint, worn out deck boards, Great location."

"This house was cozy, very clean & perfect for my husband & I first stay @ Holden Beach. The interior style was fun & eclectic. The property was ocean front though the dunes were too high for a view. Easy access to beach right next door though the public paid parking could be noisy due to the activity of others arriving to the beach. The only suggestions would be a more upgraded mattress in the bedroom ( very lumpy) & access to additional blankets."

"We stayed at this condo for our yearly spring break girls’ trip. It was perfect! We watched dolphins from the balcony and were walking distance to several great restaurants. The ocean was only steps away and we found shells and sharks teeth every time we went out. The owners have special touches throughout the condo including a sweet treat for fur babies! I highly recommend this condo! I promise you will not be disappointed! We can’t wait to come back next spring break!"
