This is our second time staying at the Hyatt Regency Trivandrum and it’s only become better with time. The rooms are clean and well appointed with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The hotel common areas are beautiful with a huge pool and probably the best gym I have experienced at a hotel anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like special guests as everything was taken care of. For a hotel to feel 5 star for us, it needs to feel exclusive but still like home. I loved this place. It was quiet, clean, the staff were lovely, the food was fantastic. I had some great massages and did yoga while the sun rose over the hills. I thought it was great value for money. The bed was really comfy too.

It was amazing. From the moment I arrived till the moment I left all the staff were amazing. They helped with food recommendations, also the food at the hotel was amazing! The bar is perfect and friendly guests and staff. The room was always clean and housekeeping were great. Overall a great experience and would recommend to any traveller. Very courteous, polite & friendly staff.

Very helpful and considerate staff. The buffet meals were excellent. The hotel is clean and well laid out. We have a 6 six year old and a 1 year old, and the staff did every thing they could to make meals more enjoyable.

We had an exhausting journey from Australia due to along delay and the reception staff reacted by just bringing us up to our room immediately, no big paper works and delays and to our surprise upgraded us to a suite, which was luxurious and wonderful. They were very helpful genuine and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious, a Indian/western mix with good coffee, the pool was clean and refreshing, the bed very comfortable. Great place to arrive in India!

This is a beautiful, serene and very enjoyable hotel. The beach is lovely with views from everywhere. My room was spacious, quiet and well furnished with a lovely balcony and spectacular beach view. I loved both the evening and the morning ambience. The restaurant offers a varied menu with excellent service and high quality food. I’m sorry I couldn’t stay longer. Well done everyone, thank you. I would very happily return.
