"Nice and clean hotel, helpful and friendly staff, few min walking from the mall"

"Nice hotel, solid breakfast and good facilities, but hosted several parties that go on to 1am so no chance of sleep if you’re on the 5th floor in certain rooms. People using the sauna fully nude also pretty grim."

"The Bristol Best Western is a small, well-appointed hotel in the heart of Sofia. Excellent care and service are provided. The room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was abundantly displayed, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My small criticism is that the bathroom is quite dark, but it was excellent for mobility access."

"The girl in the front desk was able to accommodate me in one of the best rooms although the busy congestion of guests. She took her time and worked hard to keep me in the property when I decided to stay another 4 days. I highly recommend the favorit hotel to those who can’t afford the heart of the city. Cleanly impecable and always attentive to satisfy my needs. If I had to come back to Sofia, i would definitely choose this hotel again. It’s safe, quiet, and friendly."
