"The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. I won’t recommend it "

The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was reasonable. The price was attractive and, in my opinion, worth the money. "At this price point, Hotel Grand, in Samakov, is excellent value. The owner, Stanislav, was very helpful and gave us great service. The room was fine, the restaurant was fine, the bar was fine. There are 4 large supermarkets very near the hotel. We like supermarkets :) We had a great, comfortable stay. Thank you Stanislav and your team :)"

"A good location surrounded by beautiful scenery and a clean hotel. We generally enjoyed our stay, the included breakfast was good with the buffet refreshed frequently. Dinner was overpriced for the local market and several mistakes were made on our order. Other than this we were satisfied with our stay."

"The lovely gentleman at the front escorted us to our room, and we had a welcome gift of cake! The view was breathtaking and the panorama restaurant on top of the hotel is both delicious and has another beautiful view of Sofia. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. "
