"The staff is very nice; everyone greets you. We had a great time. We really enjoyed our time at the pools. Lot's of choices for food and dinner. The room was OK I wanted a seperate area because I get up early. But the bathoom is in the bedroom with the sinks and bath tub. The Casita room. We had a couple of issues; my husband had a bone in his chicken tacos and a piece of plastic in his eggs. Otherwise we had an amazig time."

"Will definitely book another trip with my kids. My only complaint was the Quivira steak house was very confusing. And when you ordered drinks they serve the wrong ones and then charge you extra thinking we won’t catch it. Will not be returning to that restaurant. Loved the main pool. Roberto was amazing. When we got our seat for the day at the pool we always made sure we sat in his section. He was doing laps around all the younger guys. When we book another trip we would love to see his smiling face again. And Jose our cart driver was amazing he went up and beyond for us when we had to make an unexpected room change."
