"This was a great little cottage to stay in for an annual beach side girl's trip! The host was super easy to communicate with and made anything that might be tricky very simple. For example, the house is down a driveway and can't be seen from the main road. Before we arrived, the host let us know and explained the best way to find the cottage. The inside of the cottage was super clean and the host left snacks and a note for our group, as well as a print out of guidelines for our stay that was super helpful for checkout. Just a note on layout, the two twin beds were in the loft up a steep staircase/ladder. This was fine for me and the way up was sturdy! Overall the cottage was quaint and quiet but close enough to walk to the marina where we went to dinner both nights. Highly recommend the NE clam chowder from Lobster Landing! It's a short drive to Hammonasset Beach and surrounding towns for more shopping options/food. Our group was very happy to find this spot on such short notice."
