"Smell was musty, floors was freezing had to have heat on and didnt work well, not handicap friendly, nothing like the pics online. I know its was cheap but even the office smelled bad, not very friendly check in, fill this out, id, credit card and leave keys in box when check out.."

"What a sweet cottage! We had three adults and two children stay and there was room for us all. The host left a fully stocked snack basket which my kids loved. Fully stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. It snowed overnight and before we were up, the driveway was plowed and the front walkway cleared! We had a great stay and will return if we are back in the area. Highly recommend!"

"What a fabulous stay! My family enjoyed the gorgeous house, especially with all of its character and history. The host was extremely responsive to our questions and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth, like when we needed plowing for an unexpected snowstorm. We would definitely stay there again, especially with the convenient location. Clinton is so cute! "

"Great Location! You could walk a mile to the beach if you wanted to. So many restaruants in the area as well. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and with linens. Definitely pet friendly property. The home was clean (bathroom, kitchen) but there were a lot of spider webs throughout the place and the ceiling fans were very dusty (to the point that I didnt want to turn them on)Overall, great place."

"Very Clean and New. Location very convenient to Shopping , Coffee and Winery. Place very very small but Shower was huge and token gifts such as wine and toiletries a big plus . As well as guest for TV for Netflix. Added bonus outdoor space makes up for lack of living room. I would recommend this place and stay again for sure. Also, conveniently located to major highway and safe. "

"The main level inside was clean. The outside of the house, including the back porch, was run down and filthy. There were cinder blocks and trash all around the house, moss growing on the benches, and holes and wood rot on the porch deck. We didn't even go near the hot tub.Inside, there were a couple things worth noting. The pocket door separating the family room from the master BR was warped and didn't slide all the way closed. A knob was missing on the stove and there was old food in the refrigerator.On the positive side, the TV and internet were great. (We had to contact the owner for the password.) The furniture and beds were clean and comfortable, and there were some very interesting plumbing fixtures, including a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom. The bathrooms were small but functional with good hot and cold water pressure. Overall, a mixed experience."
