We stay here all the time and we live in CT. A DnD right down the street, Big Y right across the street. Always quiet even though it’s right off the highway (exit 66 on I-95). People are pleasant.

The staff is fine. The main office smells of mildew. The first room key she gave me someone else was already staying in the room. The second room is extremely noisy due to the people above. Not pleased.

Was Okay

The staff is the glowing positive here, they are helpful and caring about the comfort of your stay. The problems started when I got into the room, it’s very outdated, the cable on the TV had been snapped out of the back(new tv brought in), one chair arm rest wasn’t attached to the rest of the chair, and my back was killing me after sleeping on the bed.

Staff were friendly and responsive. Our stay was nice and quiet, and the mattress was comfortable. Downside is the bathrooms are quite outdated and appear dirty because of staining on the walls. Towels also had discoloration. Good location with easy access to shops and restaurants.

An older motel but expected for a shore/beach area. Staff very pleasant. Room decorated nicely but bed frames were tall. Would be hard for a shorter person to get on the beds. Priced right and convenient if you do not want all the amenities larger franchises own. I would stay there again.

Nice, clean stay

Attended a show at the Goodspeed and was looking for an inexpensive place to stay overnight. Very easy access from highway. Nice pasta/pizza place right next door. Smooth check in. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Very thin towels and could’ve used a few more. Bathroom door creaked every time you opened it. Otherwise, a pleasant experience.

The area was safe and quiet and it was right off the higway. There were places to eat and shop near by The room smelled of cleaning products and the rooms were dated however we were only spending a night in a budget hotel so you get what you pay for the room had two beds and one had a stain on the sheet so we slept in the other and that one had a stain on the comforter the breakfast was continental so recommend eating someplace else. breakfast was in a brown bag and was a donut and a granola bar a fruit cup and a fruity drink if you are looking for no frills budget stay I would recommend staying here however I would check the sheets or bring your own

The room we stayed in looks like it was recently updated. The room was clean. The main issue was it is said it included breakfast, but that was not the case. The reason i choose it was for the breakfast. Now that i know that im more than likely not going to stay there again.

Positives: convenient location, clean, comfortable mattress Negatives: constant calls from front desk, about a leak to the room beneath us, when we didn't have any water on floor in bathroom , and toliet was wabaly, not secure to floor . And complain of noise from us, when we just were packing to check out. No rough housing at all from us. So walls must be thin, and upgrades needed.

No sleep

The room was clean but the walls were so thin and we heard the people next to us. We heard everything from the people above us as well. They made noise doing God knows what ALL night long into morning. We had the worst nights sleep ever. We also smelled them smoking through the vents in the bathroom. We should have changed our room when we first got there but my fiancé didn’t want to cause a problem. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was very nice. That’s pretty much our only plus for this stay. We paid way too much money to not be able to sleep.
