"Bedsheets were not changed. Don't auto refill the stuff in the fridge. No Bathmats. Once service taken, you will be charged. Even though that service is a normal part of any hotels process. Food restaurants doesn't have marks to differentiate between vegetarian/ Non vegetarian. Looks like they are just they're for pulling out the money out of customer's pocket. "

"This hotel is placed in strategic place in the Old Quarter area. You can find a lot of food stall or restaurant nearby. The provide tea, coffee and water bottle inside the room. The bed is big enough and clean. The also provide room service. A great place to stay with affordable price.We booked Halong Bay 1 day and Hoa Lu- Tam Coc 1 day from Travel Office at hotel with good service and reasonable price. "
