What hotel are you going to go to where the staff thinks outside the box and does something incredible. When I went into the bathroom, housekeeping left a bar of soap that smelled outstanding and a loofah sponge. Where are you going to go where the staff anticipates your needs and executes it superbly. I have stayed at some so called excellent, wonderful blah blah blah hotels but I have never experienced this kind of hospitality before. 100 percent of the time when you check into a hotel the staff feels either robotic or gives you a sense that they are better than you and your bothering them! When you arrive at this hotel, you feel like they are really naturally happy to see you and want to get to know you without being intrusive. I have never experienced anything like this before, this should be a model that other hotels should follow. The staff here approach their jobs differently from the other hotels, it’s not a job for them. It’s about making you feel welcome and comfortable, so strange right lol… if you want to know what true hospitality feels like book here. "
