"The staff were friendly and the recreational facilities, such as the pool, were excellent, but there were issues with everything else. First of all, even though it was check-in time, we were told our room wasn’t ready and had to wait quite a while. The dormitory room was infested with mosquitoes, and to make matters worse, there were even bedbugs—it was a nightmare."

"We had a big and beautifull room with a big and comfy bed. The bathroom was also spacious with a big enclosed shower, great for not showeing the hole bathroom and everything in it while taking a shower. Our room was on the 3 floor so we had a nice view over the pool with palm trees. We did not use the pool that much. It is a tiny pool with only 4 sunbeds so you have to be early to get a spot. But its only 10 min walking to the beach. Very clean. Very nice and helpfull staff. Great location....

"The breakfast offering was exceptional - an extensive spread covering everything you could imagine, from Malaysian and Indian dishes to European, Japanese, and continental options. The staff were consistently attentive and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Our suite was spacious and very comfortable, and the views, along with the beautifully maintained grounds, were simply stunning. One thing to note is that the resort is very expansive, so getting around typically involves using buggies, which you need to request via reception. "
