"We liked the place overall. The dual headed shower was pretty cool. One issue was the loud music coming from outside that played until 1 am. I'm not sure where it was coming from, but it prevented us from sleeping. The location was good, and an easy walk to the Gastown neighborhood."

"This classically beautiful hotel made for both a luxurious and convenient stay while on a group trip to Vancouver for a race. We especially appreciated the pool, spa, in-room soaking tubs, and on-site convenience store. The views from our rooms were exceptional. My only two minor complaints are that the Nespresso machine in my room didn't work and wasn't replaced when requested (I was luckily next to friends who let me use theirs); and the mini-fridges don't allow for guests to chill anything of their own (like leftovers or drinks purchased downstairs)."

"Surprised how modern, new and clean the hotel was. We stayed because of the great reviews and they were deserved. Great coffee in the a.m. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Enjoyed sitting on the Terrace and also rooftop. We did book an En Suite room so cannot speak to the shared accommodations."
