"We enjoyed going to hakuba. We found the sleeping arrangements uncomfortable. The Matt’s and beds felt uncomfortable. The upstairs bedroom was warm without its own ac. The towels are microfiber and difficult to try off. There is no chairs and no couch to watch tv on. The room on the first floor smelled like mildew. We did not feel relaxed in this house which is why I am leaving my first negative review on vrbo."

"There were some maintenance issues with the hotel. The lights on the elevator button on the 9th floor did not illuminate, my room lights were also a little trouble. There were a couple of bugs in my room as well. The check in staff was not as accommodating as I would have liked. However, the hot spring was great. The hotel bus driver and restaurant staff were very friendly."
