"Owner was very responsive and proactive with communication. The room is a lovely accommodation with plenty of included extras to make the stay extra nice. Everything in the kitchen worked well, and there were condiments already in the fridge so we didn't have to get extras. There were plenty of bowls, plates, cups, mugs and cutlery pans and cooking utensils. The bathroom was really nice, but water sometimes leaked out because of the shower design. Also there were times when only cold water came out of the shower. The TV and AC worked great. There were plenty of towels in the closet, along with beach towels, beach seats, hammocks and other Beach items. The third floor balcony was great to sit in and relax during the day and night. Although at night we had cars pass by playing loud music. The bed was comfortable but we were only able to find one set of sheets so bring extra sheets with you if you plan on an extended stay, or pick some up at the local Walmart. The best part about staying here were the great beaches just a couple of minutes away both walking and by car, plus the nearby cafe and grocery store. Renting a car is recommended to get around the area and parking is conveniently located under the apartment complex. Both the parking and the complex are gated so that helps with security and safety. FYI, there are no elevators, so you'll need to go up three flights of stairs for this location. All in all this was a great room and we had a great time here!"

"Lovely little apartment, clean and well maintained.It's in walking distance to one beach - right out the back of the complex. Another beach is walkable if not you're not carrying much, but with chairs and a cooler it's best as a short drive.Easy walk to a couple convenience stores and a great breakfast place, and a grocery store is a long walk or short drive.Note that there is no oven, which is one of the reasons we picked this location. There is a toaster oven, but that isn't a replacement if you're planning to bake meals. The kitchen is very small, but it makes efficient use of space, we needed only to plan a bit to cook full meals.While the apartment was very clean, some of the pans and cooking utensils were dirty. Some had food caked on them. We ended up washing everything to be safe.AC worked great, bed was very comfortable, making for good sleep. The shower was very nice.We enjoyed our stay! Aside from the lack of an oven, we'd definitely stay here again."

From the start, our host Paola was incredibly communicative and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free.The flat itself is beautiful and exactly as described — clean, spacious, and best of all, right on the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out to that view every day was unforgettable.The location is also perfect. You're just a short walk from great local restaurants, a food truck park/food court, bars, and unique specialty shops. Everything you need is close by, but the area still feels peaceful and relaxed.Overall, this was a great experience and a perfect beach escape. I would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient, and relaxing spot in Luquillo!"
