"A clean basic room with a view! The Sunrise is not fancy, but the location and cleanliness make it the ideal place to stay in Luquillo. Waking up to the literal sunrise over the water is a bonus. The location makes it convenient to walk to several restaurants and the town plaza. A very relaxing place."

"The room was very nice and comfortable and had a great balcony view of the beach and ocean. The parking garage was nice to have, but the space was really tight next to the wall and in the back corner. Definitely need to take it easy pulling in and backing out. It was nice having the kitchen with all appliances and full size refrigerator. The shower was a little bit of a pain because it was hard finding the right spot to get an even temperature and the water pressure was low, but it’s still doable. I would definitely stay here again."

"The condo was very clean and the view was beautiful. The building itself was kind of hit an miss. You can tell that some of the units are abandoned and in poor condition, but this unit was very nice. We also interacted with some residents of the building and everyone was very kind. You can't swim in the ocean near the condo, but there are so many beaches available it isn't a big deal. We loved PR and would stay here again. "

"This was one of the nicest experiences we’ve had! I stayed here with my kids, and it was perfect for a family getaway. The pool being right in the backyard was a huge plus, and there are tennis courts just around the corner. The beach is only a five-minute walk away, which made everything super convenient.The community felt very safe and quiet, and the location is great—close to San Juan, the rainforest, and other attractions, with easy access to get around.The house itself was beautiful and very clean. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.Overall, it was a very relaxing experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it! If we ever come back we will definitely stay at this place. "

"Loved our stay. The room was clean and bed was really comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Property grounds was beautiful. Pool was incredible. Close to town but far enough to be relaxing quiet. Food was excellent. Beach was rocky but great view. "

"The ocean view and access to the beach were just as described - and beyond incredible! FYI the water pressure/hot water isn't the best, and some of the kitchen tools/equipment could be updated, but otherwise this place and the communication with the Property owner were outstanding and I will be back! A suggestion for property owners would be to add a little booklet on recommendations for snorkeling, restaurants, boat trips, etc. (it might also decrease the emails they get from guests like me looking for recommendations! :)) - overall it was AMAZING!!
