Everything was amazing! The hospitality, there’s a fridge with beer, water, and soda and so convenient to pay, breakfast in the mornings (basic) but what more can you ask for, the customer service on point, 3 min walk to the beach, private parking lot, local food spots within walking distance, and 5 min drive to the kiosks as well as luquillo beach! Im definitely coming back and I would recommend anyone to go here!

We stay in this “ghost hotel” we didn’t see any staff all communication was over the phone. The room was clean however all the pillows smell awful we need it to put something on top to be able to sleep, also the AC didn’t work properly, a guy from the kitchen came over and said the it was working, when clearly it didn’t we did not use covers to sleep.

This place is a gem! What a perfect location- just minutes from the beach, the airport and sights. The hotel is clean, very friendly, and accommodating. For adults who want privacy, quiet and fun. The manager is amazing! We booked through Expedia and got a queen bed. As tall as we are, we asked if there was an available King. After a day, she had an opening and moved us to a bigger room. Super accommodating! The breakfast is simple but the atmosphere is incredible! We sat on the patio every morning watching the waves, the sun, having our coffee, bagels and fruit. The beds were comfy as well as the many pillows. We watched our shows that we watch back at home in the evening. Hot showers and cool AC- slept great! We truly enjoyed our 1-week stay and hope to come back!

The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Could it use some love? yes. The staff was very nice and helpful. The view of the ocean was spectacular we drank our coffee out there every morning and returned at night. Very quite area. Free parking a PLUS. We only came back to shower and sleep, so it was perfect for us.

Great place to start in Luquillo with easy access to the beach (just a few min walk) and also to the kioskos for food, drinks and souvenirs (also an easy walk). Our stay was quiet and relaxing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only about 30 min to San Juan (depending on traffic and whether you take tolls) as well as a perfect destination for most excursions (kayaking, snorkeling, zip lining, etc) all pretty close by.
