"This lodge has hot tub, on site coffee restaurants, and ski shuttle is just in front of the entry gate which is super convinient to access to ski areas. Room has kitchen and all cooking facilities. Staff is very nice and helpful. It’s not a ski in out place but other convenience and price nicely compensate that. "

"LOCATION is fantastic (park w/ lake and extensive walking paths)! A nice room with a full kitchen. I hated swimming pool and two hot tubs. Free bus to the resort ski resort."

"Convenient hotel for BC village and ski lifts. Large rooms, nice breakfast and convenient boot room and lockers on site. Slightly older property but well maintained. Access to the park Hyatt spa, gym and outdoor hot tubs is real bonus - those amenities are excellent."

"The staff at this place are extremely unprofessional. I forgot my wallet in the hotel safe, called two days later and was told that housekeeping said the safe was open and empty. Asked for manager to call me. Manager called and said they discovered that security had it (two days later still hadn't turned it in!). They said they would mail it to me. I had to pay UPS $30 for shipping, and a week later they still had not shipped it. They asked me to pay an additional $10 for UPS to come pick it up. They obviously had no regard for how important my wallet was to me and provided zero explanation for 1) the staff finding it and not turning it in, or 2) the week delay (with two follow ups) before they actually got to shipping it to me. "
