"The pictures online for the brooms are trash. They look nothing like it and a quarter of the size. Hot water is only hot for about 15 minutes. They triple charged my debit card. For the room when it was paid for online. No refund and let me make this clear.! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE EVER. If they do it to get your money and never answer the phone again."
