Custom waterfront home in the neighborhood of Briarcliff across from the marina and private boat dock with lift. Private boat dock w/ lift max boat size of 25' & 5000lbs. Electric car charger located in garage. Spacious open floor plan elegantly furnished on two levels. Master suite with private bathroom & Jacuzzi tub. Gourmet kitchen, spectacular views, large partially covered deck. This home is approximately 3024 Sq.Ft. with an extensive lakefront deck. Tastefully furnished with fully equipped kitchen that includes dinnerware, cookware and coffee maker. Linens and bath towels are provided. Low water level, no dock access currently.

The Lighthouse Restaurant and Lounge is in the neighborhood next to the Briarcliff Marina. Very close to Blissful Hills wedding venue, Pace Bend Park, Poodie's Hilltop Bar, Willie's Cutt & Putt golf course and many wineries and breweries!
