Well located next to the Central Station and 15 minutes walking from the city center. The staff very friendly, the hotel is modern and clean.

Highest level service!
Only there for 24 hours but had many requests of the staff, each addressed quickly and effectively. Room was small but well appointed for a couple. A great place for English speaking travelers.

This hotel was a quick walk from the train statio and close to the city center. It was very quiet and brekfast was terrific.

Terrible wifi but convenient for the station.
The big problem for me was the wifi. It's so slow and flaky that it's practically useless. Even something that's as simple as booking a hotel room for your next night's stay is a tedious and nerve-wracking experience. Other issues were that the in-room safe in my room was locked shut. My room was noisy in the evenings but the noise wasn't coming from the street: maybe the next-door building. No kettle or coffee maker. The breakfast is OK but I'm not convinced it's worth the $10 per night I paid. Good things were that it is very convenient for the railway station. There was a fan in my room that was very helpful. There's good security for left luggage with paper tags.

Awesome Augsburg Stay
Fantastic hotel located next to the train station allowing for a very convenient base when exploring other cities by train outside of Augsburg. Staff was very accommodating by providing a fan and upgraded pillows when requested. Convenient shopping and restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to this area of Germany.

We were late booking something for Oktoberfest and found this reasonably well-rated hotel. We only had 2 issues with the place. The biggest one was the beds. They were more like cots. We've never stayed at a hotel with such a thin mattress before. The other was the hot water, which was rather hit and miss, but we know that can sometimes be the case.

The colours in the room are very unique. The only issues we had was the adjustable showerhead would not stay fixed and the bathroom door did not close. We did that inform the hotel but unfortunately it wasn’t addressed.

Not bad, but not great
The room was ok. Bathroom was a little small, but manageable. They had the absolute worst pillows I have ever experienced in a hotel. Jusy awful. Also, the room was very warm due to no air conditioning and the sun just beating on the windows all day. Perhaps some type of UV tint on the glass may help if they don't want to have A/C?

Outstanding staff - unfortunately no AC
This is the former Intercity Hotel Augsburg with few changes but the name. The lack of AC becomes more and more problematic while summers got hotter. At the check-in I saw an elderly lady collapsing in front of me - the response of the staff was very professional and the EMTs arrived quickly, but maybe another sign of the unfortunate thermal properties of the building.

Das Hotel liegt am Bahnhof, ist gut isoliert und hat auf der Rückseite ein Parkhaus. Dies kostet mit Hotelrabatt 8€ für 24 Std. Für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes bekommt man einen Fahrschein für den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Direkt vor dem Hotel fahren Busse und Straßenbahnen und beginnen die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Allerdings kann man Vieles zu Fuss erreichen. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber zweckmäßig. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl, allerdings sind es ( Salami, Fleischsalat) teilweise Produkte von geringer Qualität ( sehr fettig). Das Personal ist höflich und effizient. Beim Verzicht auf die Zimmerreinigung gibt es gratis Erfrischungsgetränke. Im Zimmer gibt es zur allgemeinen Info ein Tablet mit WLAN. Für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet.

Sehr netter Empfang. Frühere eincheck-Möglichkeit. Gute Stadtlage. Einfache Zimmer und Bäder, aber zweckmäßig für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Etwas Lärm durch nahen Bahnhof, bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber kein Problem. Frühstück sehr gut. Gute Auswahl und köstlich. Möglichkeit den Koffer nach Check-out noch unterzustellen.

Der Mitarbeiter beim Checkin war Mega Freundlich, Nett und Höflich. Note 1 . Leider war die Heizung viel zu heiß eingestellt, habe aber diese dann mit einem komplett geöffnetem Fenster ausgeglichen. Das Frühstück war lecker, frisch, reichlich. Alles TipTop. Danke. P.S. wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer gebucht.

2週間程ヨーロッパ旅行をし、ドイツやフランスのホテルを点々としていましたが、その中でこのホテルがダントツで新しくて綺麗で朝食のバイキングの種類も豊富で良かったです！！ 当然、トイレやシャワールームも綺麗で使いやすかったです。 ホテルのスタッフも全体的に感じが良くて話しやすくて、アウグスブルク中央駅からもとても近いのでアクセス最強！！ 欲を言えば、エントランスだけではなく各フロアにも自動販売機があれば最高でしたw これは評価が高いのも納得だし、次アウグスブルク周辺を旅行する事があれば是非また泊まりたいです！！

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön! Der Veranstaltungsort "Kantine" ist gut zu erreichen, das Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
