"I would HIGHLY recommend this property if you are visiting the Memphis area!! The host was quick to respond & very helpful! The property is very clean, well equipped, & very safe. The beds were comfortable & each room has a TV. The neighborhood was extremely quiet! The hot tub & gas fire pit area were an added bonus! I could go on & on! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Memphis! "
"The property listing is not accurately described, we were expecting the peaceful location described in the ad but we got a scary stay in a rundown neighborhood instead. We were afraid to exit our vehicle when we arrived, there were cars with missing tires, houses with foil/broken blinds, and garbage in the yard. The rental property had two full dumpsters and trash overflowing. We were told our only option was to cancel our reservation and if they rented it during our reserved stay, the host offered to “advocate” for me to get some money back. They were trying to make twice the money after posting a dishonest listing. This did not end here, after our stay, the host charged me a 99 pet fee and told me I failed to disclose that I had a pet. I showed him the pictures of my reservation booking that clearly stated traveling with pets, after acknowledging this, he then went back and changed the property listing to say no pets allowed and charged me anyway. We stay in VRBOs all the time and this was a puzzling experience, I will be contacting VRBO to report this dishonest host. I want to warn others not to trust the property description, this is a scary neighborhood! I posted pictures of the trash on-site at our arrival (never removed), the booking including pets, and the communication with the host that we were afraid to get out of our car. Beware!"
