"Lovely room, very friendly and helpful staff, reasonable breakfast, quirky bonus rewards related to room cleaning and accessible with public transport. The hotel has an added attraction with a daily light show. We were a little confused with booking the restaurant, maybe because 7:30 is early for dinner in Portugal, offered 8:45 although restaurant was empty at 7:30. We’d happily return. "

"The Room was spotless every day and the Hotel itself was in a decent location to get around and catch the Metro etc. Maybe a kettle in the room would be a good addition but free wi-fi and tv were adequate for myself! The members of staff I engaged with were warm and friendly, a couple of others could maybe smile a little more! But overall a great stay. Thanks!"

"It was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was excellent, but was NOT free! The property is near the airport, which was handy. However, the city center, where the most activity is in Lisbon, is not within walking distance. There are few restaurants near here "

"Really had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were really helpful, courteous and friendly especially Gonsalo at the restaurant. I would stay at this place again since it was centrally located and close to the Pombal Metro."

"The place is so cute and the staff are kind and extremely helpful! The rooms are spacious and the shared bathrooms are always kept clean. The area is nice with a big supermarket, restaurants and is across the road from a train station that easily goes into the city centre and the airport. Walls aren’t the best sound proofed so would recommend ear plugs for any light sleepers. Overall a lovely and welcoming stay! "
