This was my first time using Expedia and this by far was the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was unforgivable. The piles of trash in the hallway was like being at a garbage dump. The first room i was checked into the heater did not work after being on for a few hours, the water pressure was dismal at best and the toilet did not flush. Jess at the front desk was great. She changed my room to 325 and this room was better but had a huge hole in the bathroom door, shower head was broken, long hair everywhere in the room. The property did not feel safe to walk around especially at night. There was a security person on property but he was located at the front desk the entire time. Never again, I would like a full refund!!

For the most part the staff was extremely nice and professional. It was a last minute decision for me to stay and they didn’t have any rooms unless I booked on Expedia. I will say for the price it was not worth it and expensive. My room was huge but dirty. The accessible bathroom had dead bugs, dirty used straw, and other trash. Needless to say I didn’t use it. I kept my shoes on because the floor was not cleaned.

Run run run! Nasty, roach infested, everything needs an upgrade they need to just tear the whole facility down and start over. Its not worth your money or time. Microwave didnt work. It was roaches falling from the ceiling! It was so bad that my dog was uncomfortable! So bad that the only thing me and my daughter could do was take a shower we couldnt even sleep in the room. Me, my daughter, and dog literally slept in the car. Ened up paying for the night bc we didnt cancel within the first 15 min. Run and dont look back!

Room was dirty ask for a non smoking room and of course it smelted like a pack of cigarettes. Dogs were barking all through out the night. After my daughter showered we noticed housekeeping left someone panties on the shower rod. I wouldn’t advise any decent person to stay here. I wished I could’ve got my money back.

This place needs to be remodled u have to go to two or three rooms to see if heat work and really none of the room gets very room but y'all want 75 to 80$ a night a real joke but it's a lady at the front desk a younger lady she try her hardest to help but she nows the condition of this hotel

The heater did not work on an 18 degree night, the elevator was out and despite being a non-smoking hotel, it smelled of smoke and weed. The armed security guard in the lobby was at least somewhat reassuring. The 2 stars were backed up.

I made a reservation and selected pay at the location but I tried to cancel the reservation two hours after and the option was greyed out then my card was charged and the hotel tells me to call hotel.com then hotel.com tells me to call the hotel so I got no assistance and this is very awful service. Each time after that I call to speak with manager am told she is not there and the representative is very rude. I do not advise anyone to attach there card to these apps or websites

I stayed at this Motel for three nights, there is a lot of homeless and drug adict in the area, if you want to stay there please be careful because this Motel is dangerous. The first night I was in my room at 2 AM someone was trying to open the door and break into my room fortunately the door was locked inside. The second night someone called me at 4 AM at the Motel phone that was in the room asking me "in which room I am". I didn't see even one guest during my three nights staying at the Motel. The aisle, elevator and escalator smell smoke and are dirty. There is dog poop 💩 in the parking lot. It seems to me they are using a shelter for homeless as Motel.

Do not stay here unless you want roaches crawling on you while you sleep. Be prepared to be given a room under construction or one with roaches. No working elevator. All rooms have to be accessed from the inside through the lobby and you will have to climb stairs
