Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
I only ask is that you throw away all trash and any used items or food. You can leave the trash bag tied up inside the apartment or feel free to drop it off at the trash chute down the hall.
Please leave the gate pass and keys on the counter in the kitchen where it is visible- there will be $175 plus additional fees if the keys are not left.
Disclosing our unit number or private booking details with any member of building staff to include leasing office and maintenance will result in an automatic cancellation of reservation and $200 fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
