It is clearly stated that the villa does not have a reception and a communication is needed from your side to confirm your arrival time prior to your arrival , which you never did. We came, in less than 15 min, as soon you have inform us. It is also clearly stated in our policies that a cleaning fee apply payable upon arrival. Since you refused to pay, out of courtesy and not because you have threatened us, we had allow you to stay without paying.
