"I stayed at the InterContinental dor 7 days and found the hotel to be clean and conveniently located next to Larcomar, Unfortunately, a billing issue significantly impacted my overall experience. During my stay, questions were raised regarding my fiancée staying with me, apparently they have a schedule for visitors, I discussed the matter with hotel management and was informed that the related charges would be waived. Based on that conversation, I understood the issue to be resolved and expected my final bill to reflect that agreement. However, upon checkout, I found that the charges had still been applied. I raised the issue because it was inconsistent with what I had been told during my stay. Clear communication and accurate billing are important aspects of customer service, and in this case my expectations were not met. While I appreciated the hotel’s location and cleanliness, the handling of this matter left me disappointed. I hope management reviews its communication and billing processes to help prevent similar situations for future guests."

"We stayed 2 nights . After 30 hrs traveling the room was perfect. Spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The service provided by the staff both before and during our stay was first class and could not be faulted . Great service from reception, bar sand restaurant service was ⭐️. We had to leave early after the 2nd night and they provided a good take away package ."
