"We loved the location of the hotel, private with lovely landscaping and a great place to bring our dog. We wish it had a microwave! We were charged $10 a day for parking and $75 a day for our dog. For three nights that adds up to a lot on top of the room rate. Most hotels charge a pet rate for your stay, not per night. Bed needed to be replaced and the fold out sofa was uncomfortable as a sofa and looked like a FB marketplace find. Did not match decor at all. It’s summer so we weren’t surprised at the extra charges. We know this keeps Pismo and Shell Beach up and running for the year."
