"We highly recommend Mike and Mindy's spacious 2 bedroom property. They had the most thorough instructional manual we've ever seen, and additionally had clearly labeled drawers and cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom making it easy to find whatever we needed. We met the delightful Mindy out on her spacious grounds with her incredible dogs, and enjoyed our morning coffee on the covered back porch looking out at the trees and distant hills. Would definitely return!"

"Our family had an amazing time staying here. We went hiking in Lithia Park, shopped in downtown Ashland, and saw plays. We were able to have a Passover Seder thanks to the well equipped kitchen and dining area. We had seven family members sleepover, and everybody slept Beautifully. The house has fun artwork and decorations and many pieces of furniture for storage. Next time we bring swimsuits to enjoy the hot tub."

"Very cute little home that was perfect for our family’s needs. The property manager is INCREDIBLY communicative, probably the most communicative PM I have ever dealt with. Was able to get ahold of them immediately with a check in issue, as well as throughout the stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it."

"Great spot for a much-anticipated girls get away weekend! We walked wherever we needed to go and never had to drive anywhere. Cottage was very clean, had comfortable beds, and the kitchen was well equipped. We plan to return next year!"

"The only downside is the electronics. We couldn’t get any current programming on the big TV in the front room. The internet is weak and the TV and our computers would go on and off. The house needs range extenders for the router. We were looking forward to NCAA basketball and the electronics were frustrating."

"We were very happy with this property. The downstairs is small but nice and functional. The upstairs is quite roomy especially the master bedroom and bathroom! Nice large television too. There is a second room plus a small alcove in the master with a bed perfect for keeping little children near mom and dad at night. The front yard is great for dogs and the parking is ample."

This trip we had some unforeseen circumstances happen that left us needing more time in the valley than we had anticipated. Kathie went so far above and beyond to help my family and accommodate our needs, she is truly the most amazing person. I also appreciate that we always know the house will be clean, there will be something special welcoming us when we arrive, and the space will be comfortable; like our home...
